| Gerry and Elaine Donachie welcome you to spend your ultimate vacation in splendid luxury in a brand new fully air conditioned (June 2004 built) villa within the exclusive "Sanctuary @ Westhaven" gated community just 1 exit away on the I-4 from Disney theme parks. Just a (true) 10-minute drive. Enjoy a cooling swim in your very own private south west facing pool with the sun shining from morning till night. "The Sanctuary" is in a prime location being 1 mile from exit 58 on I-4. A beautiful drive through prestigious Champions Gate then on to Ronald Reagan Boulevard for ¾ mile. At Champions Gate there is a "Subway", Chinese and Italian restaurants, a Publix supermarket, a hairdressers, Video shop, McDonalds and a B.P. garage. To the left of the Sanctuary (1/2 mile) takes you to the junction of Highway 27 where you will find Walgreens (24hr pharmacy) Beef O'Brady's Pub Chinese takeaway, garage and other local shops. For your privacy the Sanctuary is a gated community only accessible after 7pm by coded entry. The Villa is considered executive class due to the quality furnishings inside and the secure community in which it is located. The gated community of the 'Sanctuary @ Westhaven' was completed in 2005. The accommodation consists of an extensive hallway leading to a luxurious lounge where you will find a 3 seater (queen bed) sofa, 2 seater sofa, T.V. & DVD player, fully equipped American kitchen with brand name appliances 12ft breakfast bar island with dishwasher, sink and food disposal unit, cooker, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, copious amounts of crockery, cutlery, dishcloths and an extra large fridge/freezer with ice maker. High vaulted ceilings eccentuate this already large spacious property. The lounge area overlooks the extended patio area with swimming pool and Jacuzzi (very relaxing in the evening). The pool has been extended 200ft squared from normal size due to the fact that this important part of the property is where you may spend most of your time and is fully screened. Master suite 1 is a large bright room with Queen bed and stylish furniture; large glass sliding doors lead to covered patio and pool. The suite contains his and hers extra large walk in clothing area, his and hers sinks, extra deep roman style bath tub and walk in XXL glass surround shower, large vanity mirrors with 'Hollywood' style spotlights and W.C. Master bedroom 2 is a spacious room containing Queen bed, stylish dresser, built in wardrobes and T.V. Bedroom 4 has Twin beds, stylish furniture fitted wardrobes and T.V. Separating bedroom 3 and 4 is a fully fitted Jack and Jill bath/shower room, w.c. And dressing area with 'Hollywood' spotlights over the vanity mirror.
