Demaria is approached from Pissouri beach road.

Ambelonies is a small privately owned developement and is about 10 min walk to the beach, guests have full use of large swimming pool beside Ampelli restaurant only a 2 min walk away which opens between April and October.

The area is beautifully landscaped and maintained with the mountanside flootlit in the evenings. Close by are tavernas are offering a variety of good local food and refreshing drinks, also mini markets close by. The mountain village of Pissouri is only a 5 min drive .

Transfers, Paphos airport 20 mins, Larnica airport 1 hour.

Accommodation: Fully air-conditioned, consisting of two bedrooms, an open plan living area, lounge/diner, has sofa and chairs, coffee table, TV, DVD player and Video with use of video library. Dining room table with 4 chairs. Kitchen has a large Fridge Freezer, Microwave, electric cooker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron and board.

One bedroom has a double bed tho other has 2 singles both have fitted wardrobes, dressing tables and a chest of drawers, both fitted with ceiling fans. Use of hairdryer. Bathroom has an over bath shower wash basin and WC.

There is plenty of space outside with a paved garden (outside shower) leading to the covered Pergloa area and balcony, with lounging furniture and a BBQ for real family meals alfresco. A door on the balcony leads back to the sitting area.

All linen is provided except beach/pool towels.Garage car parking availabe.

A cot can be provided if required.
