| Villa Details Our privately owned, fully licenced, detached 3-bedroom villa is located at Crescent Lakes, a residential community approximately 15 minutes to Disney Territory and within easy reach of all the main attractions. The villa is situated in a residential community called Crescent Lakes. This location is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all the major attractions in Central Florida. The villa is fully furnished to a high standard throughout. A high chair, crib, buggy and car booster seats are available in the home for your use at no extra cost. 80 channels of Cable TV with TVs in the Great Room and two bedrooms. Complementary international telephone card. High-speed internet access is available. No computer is supplied - bring your own laptop. A welcome pack can be ordered. Crescent Lakes The community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all major attractions in Central Florida. Crescent Lakes is situated some 12 miles from Walt Disney World off the Poinciana Blvd. This community offers very good facilities for families, such as basket ball/volley ball courts, children's play areas purpose built BBQ areas, lakes for fishing, etc. There are numerous ways of enjoying the Florida sun with all the attractions of the world's most magical vacation areas within a convenient drive. The charm of Walt Disney World, and the cultural and culinary delights of Epcot Centre. The wonders of the cinematic world, at Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park, or Universal Studios and the fascinations of the deep at Sea World.
