Renting our condo gives you use of all Windsor Palms facilities just a few steps from our front door as listed below. Our condo offers you the utmost in luxury, style and convenience. Our condo comes with two bathrooms - no need to wait in line for a shower!! There is a screened in lanai to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or enjoy an adult beverage while looking out on the evening sky. Kids to tired to stay and watch the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom? No problem! They can watch them from their bedroom window with an unobstucted view. Our Windsor Palms luxury vacation rental condo is beautifully furnished and decorated to a high standard with all the amenities you expect. The living room has a sofa and loveseat, as well as cable TV, a VCR, Play Station with games, and a music-system. The master suite has a king bed, dresser, TV, and a bathroom within the suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom. All linens and towels are provided. The condo has: air-conditioning throughout, fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, cooking pans, dishes, and washer & dryer. There is plenty of parking adjacent to our unit. Where do we start? The location is incredible, just 2.5 miles from Disney, 5minutes from I-4, and 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The 24hr security gated resort is mesmerising, with more than 3 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and an abundance of 1st class amenities. Windsor Palms contains some of the most luxurious condos in the area. Hotels in the Disney area can be very expensive; in fact you will probably pay the same price for one person as you would for the entire condo, which sleeps up to 8 people! Additionally, you have more than one room; you have a living room, dining area, kitchen, and bedrooms. If you wish to meet with other guests, you have all of the resort amenities to share. A perfect solution to all your holiday needs. Is this a time share offer? Absolutely not! The condo shown on this website is owned by us. You are not in any way required to sit through a presentation; instead, you just sit back and enjoy your vacation rental home without any outside interference. What is required to make a reservation? When you are ready, you can book on line directly with us, e-mail us at info@mydisney4u.net When do we pay? When you book, you will be required to pay a deposit of $200 with the balance payable 30 days before arrival. You can make payment on our "payment" page; on that page you will also see our cancellation policy. When is check-in & check-out times? Ordinarily your condo will be available for check-in at around 4:00 p.m. Your check-out time is normally 10:00 a.m. on your departure date. A vacation condo requires more time to clean than a hotel room. Therefore, please help prepare for our next guest by checking out on time. What about security? Windsor Palms Resort is a secure community with a gatehouse which is manned 24/7. How close is Windsor Palms to the Disney Theme Parks? We’re one of the closest! It will genuinely take you just over 5 minutes to get to Disney. How far from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure? Universal and Sea World are just 20-25 minutes away. Is there shopping nearby? Yes, the Formosa Gardens Boulevard area has a grocery store, 24 hour Walgreen’s drug store and supermarket. There are many restaurants catering to all tastes and budgets from mouth watering Steak Houses to Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Asian, Burger and Pizza restaurants all less than 2 miles from the Windsor Palms Resort. Is there Transportation to the parks? Transportation is available to most Theme Parks and several Shopping Malls (at an additional charge). The time table, which changes monthly, is displayed inside the Windsor Palms on-site sundry shop. Is the the pool heated? Windsor Palms Resort offers you the perfect vacation community including an Olympic-sized swimming pool in the clubhouse complex. It is available to all guests and is heated at no extra cost during the winter months. Do you provide air conditioning and heat? Yes, our condo has central air conditioning and heat. Are your kitchens fully equipped? Yes, our condo has a fully equipped kitchen including cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, stove, microwave, refrigerator (with ice maker), coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher, everything you need for the perfect vacation. Are linens and towels provided? Yes, ample clean linen and towels are provided in our condo. Are there laundry facilities? Yes, there is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in our condo. Are there cleaning supplies? We provide regular cleaning items such as a mop, broom, dustpan and vaccum. As this style of vacation is classed as self-catering, you will be responsible for other needs, such as soap etc. We do have an on-site shop and of course several supermarkets & grocery stores close to the resort. Is the condo cleaned daily? No, our condo is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure and is usually included in your rate. A mid-stay clean and shine can be arranged at additional cost. Is the condo non smoking? In accordance with Florida State Laws, our condo and communal areas are designated No Smoking areas. No smoking is permitted inside the condo. Do you allow pets in your condo? No we do not allow pets in our condo. Where do we pick up the keys? The keys are picked up at our management office "Palm Tree Vacation Homes". You will be provided with a complete check-in package upon making a reservation. If you arrive late there is an out of hours key collection routine so there’s no need to worry. What if something is not working at our condo? Our condo has a local Management Company available who maintain the home in tip top condition. You will be provided with their telephone number and they are normally available 24/7 to you in the unlikely event that there is a problem with our condo. An after hours number is provided for emergencies only. Does the lanai have screens? Yes. Our lanai has a fine mesh screen allowing in the glorious Florida sunshine but keeps out the wildlife. How many people can stay in our condo? Our condo is properly licensed. Florida State license dictates how many people can stay in our condo. Our 3 bedroom condo can only have a maximum of 8 guests. Are all the resort amenities included in the price? All resort amenities are free to all our guests at no extra charge. |
