| Our Luxurious private villa for rent situated in Orlando Florida in the prestigious community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. Only a 15 minute drive to Walt Disney world. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping a maximum of 10 people. Fabulous pool and spa, games room and stunning interior......... Parc Lake Villa nestles peacefully in the surpurb Calabay Parc community at Tower Lake; undoubtebly one of the finest in Orlando, sporting a grand gated entrance and beautifully kept landscaped surroundings. Disney’s attractions are just 15 minutes away; with amenities, shops, restaurants and a variety of golf courses also close to hand. A short stroll from the villa will take you down to the jetty at Tower Lake, providing the ideal opportunity for fishing. After a days entertainment, return home to relax in the spa, enjoy a game of pool in the games room, or simply soak up the mild evenings with a glass of wine by the pool. With a full range of luxury facilities at your disposal; together with our helpful management team, we will ensure your stay is as effortless and relaxing as possible. This villa has plenty to offer with its very own private heated pool and spa (lanai). Given its south facing aspect the lanai gives you the opportunity to enjoy the sunshine at any time of day without being overlooked. As Florida is renowned for its sunshine and can get extremely hot, a covered area with ceiling fan allows you to relax whilst keeping cool. Pool side furniture including sunlounger are provided for use at your conveniance. The villa has air-conditioning and heating facilities throughout. The Villa Interior The living area is adjasent to the kitchen/dining area creating a large open plan layout. This stylish room is spacious, comfortably furnished and leads out through the sliding patio doors on to the pool and lanai area. This room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, offering features such as a 3 piece suite, Ceiling fan and large remote cable t.v with DVD player. (movies can be rented at Blockbuster a 2 minute drive) A separate sitting room (snug) provides the space for extra peace and quiet with sleeper sofa, bean-bags, remote cable t.v and playstation 2 with games. (US games only) A CD stereo systems is also available-so bring your music with you. Master bedroom 1 is spacious, with a large ensuite, walk in wardrobe, private access to the lanai, a king sized bed, ceiling fan and remote cable t.v. The ensuite consists of a large shower, corner bath, twin wash basins and separate toilet. Master bedroom 2 including ensuite, has a large walk in wardrobe, private access to the Lanai, King sized bed and remote cable t.v. The ensuite consists of a shower and toilet. Bedrooms 3 & 4 Provide twin beds in each and 1 with cable T.V. Both have large built in wardrobes and the share of a bathroom which consists of bath/shower and toilet. All bathrooms are supplied with towels; the bedrooms include linen and also feature alarm clock radios. Hair dryers are also available.
